Mr. K.N. Devdas is a Management graduate with B.Sc. Chemistry. He has worked with leading Fertilizers and other Agro Input companies from the responsibilities of Chemist to Chief Executive Officer. His expertise includes, understanding the needs of the farmers right from cultivation to marketing of the commodities. Mr. Devdas exposed the right balanced input formulas to meet the farmers or planters need. He is an experienced leader in production and marketing of various Agri inputs. This expertise helps him to lead the Sales & Marketing team in our organization. Mr. Devdas has 35+ years of expertise in the field of Agriculture with high benchmark in Sales and Marketing.

Prof. V.R. RAVI KUMAR

B.Sc(Agri)., PGDM (IIM-B)

Prof. V.R. Ravikumar is an agriculture graduate with MBA from IIM Bangalore with an overall experience of 40+ years. He is experienced his professional life through MMTC Limited, Mysore Lamps Works and Mysore Minerals Ltd as a leader in HR & Administration. From 1997, he is the Editor and Publisher of Agro India, the country’s first magazine for Agri Business. He has organised various Agricultural seminars and Trade Fairs across India. Prof. V.R. Ravikumar is the founder president of Karnataka Management Association. He was the Dean/Chairman of Academics & Examinations of Acharya School of Management, Bangalore.

Asif Basheer – Leader in Strategic Planning & Branding

MBA

He is a director of Chillar payment Solutions. Asif is a Management graduate from the Madras University in 1999. He has been associated with two leading companies in the past. He was team lead for Sales & Marketing in the Taj Group of hotels. He also worked with Outsource Partners International and was handling India & Far East for Sales Administration and Compliance for India. He has proved his career in strategic planning. The 22+ years of dynamic strategic expertise of Mr. Asif Basheer across the globe in different industries will add value to the strategic directions of Farmado especially in Business Analysis, Corporate strategy and Brand Management.

Terry Thomas - Lead Technical Consultant

He is an Agricultural Engineer with masters in Agribusiness Management from Imperial College, University of London.

He served as Project Manager / Team Leader / Senior Expert in major water linked community and infrastructure development projects across India, Nigeria and Nepal, over last 23 years.

Managed 30+ projects covering institutional assessment, utility management, urban and rural water supply, centralized and decentralized sanitation, IWRM, participatory irrigation management, agriculture value chain, and climate change adaptation; funded by ADB, World Bank, USAID, JICA and private sector.

He is trained Water Sector advancements in several countries and recipient of development innovation award from World Bank. He is also a grower of spices and primary processor of agricultural crops in Wayanad.
